ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with us.

CANCELLABLE
  • Cancellation requested within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Order has not yet been dispatched or shipped
  • Request submitted via email to support@maxxtune.in
  • Order number and reason for cancellation provided
NOT CANCELLABLE
  • Cancellation requested after 24 hours of placing the order
  • Order has already been dispatched or is in transit
  • Custom or special orders placed on request
  • Items marked as "Non-Cancellable" at the time of purchase

Act Quickly

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of catching the order before it is processed for dispatch.

Email Our Team

Send a cancellation request to support@maxxtune.in. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation so we can locate and process your request promptly.

Confirmation

Once your cancellation is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
