ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Before initiating a return, please confirm your item meets the conditions below. Returns that do not qualify will be declined upon inspection.

  • Returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Item has not been installed in the vehicle
  • All hardware and accessories included
  • Valid proof of purchase provided
  • Unboxing video submitted as proof of condition
NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Return requested after 7 days of purchase
  • Item has been installed in the vehicle
  • Visible scratches, dents, or signs of use
  • Item is physically broken or damaged
  • Original packaging missing or damaged
  • Missing parts, hardware, or accessories
  • Marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Received a wrong or defective item?Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

HOW TO RETURN

Get in Touch

Reach out to our support team at support@maxxtune.in. Share your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photographs.

Pack It Properly

Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include a note with your order details inside the package so we can identify it upon arrival.

Ship It Back

Send the item to the address our team provides. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to protect your return in transit.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and update you on the outcome — whether that's a replacement, refund, or further assistance.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return arises from an error on our part — such as dispatch of an incorrect or defective item. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost. For all other returns, we recommend shipping with a trackable service to ensure your package arrives safely.

REFUNDS

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method or bank account.
  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued where items are returned in a condition that does not fully meet our policy — for example, items that arrive with missing components, signs of use, or packaging damage not caused by us.

A full refund is only issued when the same product is unavailable for replacement. Where a replacement is possible, we will dispatch one in lieu of a monetary refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same product, please contact us at support@maxxtune.in and our team will assist you from there.
